We are looking for a new team member to come in on the ground floor of a small but quickly expanding business based in the Manor Royal Business District in Crawley, West Sussex. We are a supplier to the coffee industry and specialise in supplying quality Italian espresso machine spare parts to coffee engineers around the country. We also supply roasters and cafes with products like cups, cleaning tools, weighing scales and barista tools. As an importer and distributor, most of our customers are a mixture of small and national businesses.
The successful applicant would join as a vital part of the business as a Sales Logistics whilst also overseeing the logistics side of the business. They would manage the processing of sales orders that come in via our websites, email & over the phone, as well as raising invoices, driving business development and customer support.
Flexibility and an open mind are a necessity as at the moment we are always making changes to adjust for growth, new services/products and to make our work flow more efficient. We want a team member who will really get stuck in and help us with business development whilst not being afraid to question anything. Bring your great ideas with you!
Ideal attributes but not necessary
We want someone with the right personality and work ethic, so don’t hesitate to apply if you don’t have experience with or know a lot about coffee. We will teach you everything you need to know! Likewise, if you have coffee experience but not office/admin experience, we are happy to invest in your learning. Most importantly the candidate needs to be organised, hardworking and passionate.
